People with ADHD are more likely to have challenges with organization in...

time management
-
completion of projects
-
eliminating clutter
-
becoming overwhelmed

Over the years I have fought these challenges and more. As a single mom running my own business, I had to figure out how to make the whole thing work.
Luckily, I found a great business coach who gave me the tools I needed. In the course of a few years, I went from making $12K to almost $200K per year, working part time, and still able to be there when my kids got home from school.
I have built and supported several successful businesses, all while managing my ADHD. I can't wait to share the tools and techniques I've learned with you and watch you grow like I did.
When we work together you will learn:
-
Improved time management
-
Creative problem-solving
-
Harnessing your hyper focus
-
Organization systems that stick
-
Reduced decision paralysis
-
Self-care and why it's important
-
Project and task completion tools
-
Effective delegation
-
